GENERAL INFORMATION AND ADVICE
Kingswood Leisure Park and its venues, although publicly accessible, are private property and certain terms and conditions of use must be met. Below are the general terms of use. A downloadable/printable PDF containing a summarised list of these terms, complete with site map, is available on the downloads page. Site boundaries are inclusive of some private roads that remain not adopted by Hull City Council. A PDF of the adopted road map is also available on the downloads page.

BICYCLES/E-BIKES/SCOOTERS/E-SCOOTERS/UNLICENSED VEHICLES
Please ride in a safe and respectful manner. Do not ride on footpaths, and please be vigilant of moving vehicles. Riding in between parked vehicles and stunts such as "wheelieing" are not permitted on-site.
- e-bikes/e-scooters that do not conform to UK Government standards (EAPC) and any other powered or fuelled vehicles (including some motorcycles and quad bikes) that are unregistered or otherwise not Public Highway Legal are not to be brought within the site boundaries. It is noted that use of these vehicles is legal with consent on private property - however the owners and operators of this site would like to make it clear that they do not and will not give consent.
- It is highly recommend to use of high quality, keyed cycle locks, such as "D" locks, and advisable to use two separate locks of different types.
- Please only secure your cycle/scooter to the racks provided. It is not permitted to attach cycles to hand rails, bins etc.
- It is also not permitted for members of the public to take your cycle or scooter into any venue (with the exception of mobility aids).
EVENTS & MEETINGS
Events and meetings not organised by the businesses on-site or the landowners are not permitted within the site boundaries. These include (but are not limited to) vehicle enthusiast meets ("car meets") and other similar large group gatherings (non-customers) etc. Whilst it is known that not all groups may cause issues, this rule applies universally and has been in place since 2017. If you are organising or attending any such meeting at any time on-site, you are in breach of the site terms of use. If you require further clarification, please contact us.
GENERAL BEHAVIOUR, USE OF EQUIPMENT AND CONSUMPTION
Personal conduct when using the site and venues will be monitored by venue staff and the security team. The activities and behaviours listed below are not permitted, and in order to protect property, customers, staff, local residents and the general public and will not be tolerated (this list is not exhaustive and the security team may advise against behaviours not listed where necessary):
- Ball Games, Use of Radio/Remote Controlled Vehicles (including drones), and Skating or Cycling on footpaths
- Large groups or gatherings that may be seen as intimidating to staff and/or customers
- Driving at speed, or in a dangerous, obstructive or otherwise reckless manner
- Unnecessary noise disturbance after 9pm, such as loud music and engine revving
- Use of illegal drugs and other substances
- Consumption of alcohol on-site where not within a licensed venue or its designated outdoor seating area
- Intentional graffiti, tagging, stickering, leaflet distribution, damage to fixtures and fittings, surfaces, planted areas and any vehicles on-site.
- Abusive and/or violent behaviour and language in any circumstance.
- Any form of criminal activity
SECURITY & DISCLAIMER
The site is monitored and attended to by a security team during peak hours. The security team will always assist where possible. However, they are authorised by the landowners and businesses on site to enforce terms and conditions in their role protecting the site, venues, staff, customers and general public, and should be regarded as such. They may, if necessary, request people to leave the site, escort persons from the site, request removal of vehicles from the site, issue sitewide bans to persons and/or vehicles (formal withdrawal of your "implied right of access" - verbally or in writing), liaise with police and emergency services. They may also record details of persons and vehicles including taking photographs or video recordings where they feel this is appropriate. If you and/or your vehicle are requested to leave the site, refusal will be regarded as an act of trespass. Please note that our security team do not have the ability to pass on venue CCTV footage, and any requests under GDPR should be made directly to the venues. Any recordings made on personal devices which have captured identifying features of staff members whilst working must not be shared on social media platforms, with media companies or with other persons without the direct consent of the person(s) featured in the recording. Remember: you are on private property and as such associated laws as well as the site terms apply.
Use of the site and car parks is at owner's risk - no responsibility will be accepted by the site owners, their agents, nor the venues or their agents for loss, damage or theft of possessions or vehicles, including cars, motorcycles and bicycles. LIABILITY - This website and associated social media pages have no direct affiliation with the Leisure Park owners, their agents, nor of the venues or their agents. This site is designed solely as a source of information and point of reference for Kingswood Leisure Park. visitors.
PRIVACY - Your data is protected under the GDPR regulations as set out by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) (click here to see your rights). Your name and contact details may be retained solely for communication purposes should you contact us. It will only be accessible to necessary personnel as required, and never for marketing purposes. Any cookies are used only to provide functionality when using this website and will never contain personal information.
COMPETITONS, GIVEAWAYS & PRIZES
Competitions and Giveaways have no affiliation with the owners of Kingswood Leisure Park or their agents. Prizes are provided by venues on-site and winners or recipients will be chosen at random. Winners will be selected using a random number generator, provided by Google. One prize allocated per winner. One entry accepted per person. Prizes are subject to availability and may be withdrawn by their issuer or substituted with another prize without notice. The event may be withdrawn in its entirety without notice. No purchase necessary. No cash alternative will be offered. Prizes will usually require collection from the leisure park and must be claimed within 14 days unless specified. Unclaimed prizes may be placed into future competitions. Details of how to claim will be provided to winners. Prizes such as vouchers and tickets may only be redeemed within the venues at Kingswood Leisure Park, Hull and not venues of the same name at other locations.
