Kingswood Leisure Park offers unlimited parking for customers and staff* during opening times This gives you the opportunity to enjoy as many venues as you would like during your visit.
However, the car parks and access roads do have some parking restrictions. If you are seen to be in breach of these terms, the security team may approach you to explain them and any action you may need to take to adhere to them, such as moving your vehicle. This is to be regarded as a formal notice as would a written signpost. The security team have full authority to implement and enforce these terms. The site should be regarded as having the same conditions of use as a public highway, with additional terms as set out below:
All Vehicles:
Long-term or overnight parking, parking for car pooling / park & ride / other commuting purposes is not permitted. Access for non road-legal vehicles** including some e-bikes and any e-scooters is also not permitted. ALL parked vehicles should be left within the lines of the parking spaces. Vehicles should never park on double yellow lines, obstruct other vehicles, or obstruct access to venues or site access such as junctions and roundabouts. Obstructions to venues (including drive-thru access) will be dealt with as a fire hazard.
Caravans, Trailers and RVs:
These should not be brought on-site if they exceed the length of two parking spaces front-to-back. This is for safety reasons and to avoid obstructions. Additionally, camping on-site at ANY time is strictly forbidden.
Coaches and Buses:
Coaches and buses may drop off and pick up in the car park providing they cause no obstruction to other vehicles. It is preferred that you use provided bus stop whenever possible. If the car park is quiet, these vehicles may park in the main car park only, towards the centre or rear of the site without causing obstruction to other vehicles, roadways or access points ONLY when awaiting pickup from a venue ON SITE. However the security team may request you move the vehicle at their discretion and this request must be followed. Coaches and buses may NOT park on-site at ANY other time for ANY other reason.
HGVs / LGVs/ Large Commercial Vehicles / Plant Machinery
Large commercial vehicles are permitted on-site ONLY to deliver or collect goods or perform services such as waste management. They must leave immediately following these services as HGV parking is NOT permitted on car parks AT ANY TIME. This is signposted at both ends of the site on the main roads. Additionally, plant machinery is not permitted on-site without prior arrangement with the landowners, one of the businesses on site, or one of their appointed contractors.
HGV/Coach Drivers: Legal Breaks
The parking rules are stated clearly above. It is your personal responsibility to find suitable parking BEFORE you take your legal breaks. Your tachograph records and legal breaks are NOT the responsibility of Kingswood Leisure Park and are NOT a valid reason for non-compliance of these terms. It is your personal obligation to adhere to these rules. Any request to move your vehicle MUST be adhered to. Kingswood Leisure Park accept no responsibility for any consequences you incur resulting in you moving your vehicle following you breaching these terms.
Parcel Vans & Other Couriers
As with HGVs, parcel vans are permitted on-site to deliver and collect, or where the driver is a customer within a venue. However any other business activity on-site is not permitted, such as transferring parcels or equipment, machinery or other vehicles between vehicles.
BREACHES OF OUR TERMS
Breaches of these terms will involve your vehicle details being logged and you may be requested to move your vehicle off site. Depending on circumstances and frequency, the vehicle itself or its associated business may be asked not to return to the site in the future (banned).
If your vehicle has been left for 48 hours or is otherwise in breach of these terms, the security team may issue a removal notice on the vehicle. If the vehicle is not removed after 7 days, it may be recovered by an appointed agent at the vehicle owner's expense, including storage fees.
